Is there any way the developer can refund me because I recharge my account any time but can’t talk because of the surrounding strange sound behind.
So far, I do not see any problems with this software. I am impressed as I read some previous reviews and tried a couple of other programs (IOIO and RegTweak) and was not impressed.
Tried changing bitrate of a .wav file but it did not work.
Biggest con – Adobe apparently believes every potential user for this software has internet connectivity. You can’t download the software with a connected machine to then put on a non-connected machine. Very poor judgement on Adobe’s part. Also, the program is huge for what it does. We make an application that is so far more complex and containing extremely high-end 3D graphics, and our program is less than 20% of Reader’s size. Makes you wonder just what all that other code is doing!
If you download it, will you get a virus on your computer?
I have an acer aspire 6530. Like many other owners of laptops my crystal eye webcam packed up after about 6 months. I tried every thing I looked on the device manager but it didn’t even show up then I looked on the Internet and spent many days looking for answers but found nothing. Then one day I broke my screen and when I took my laptop apart to fit a new screen I had to unplug my web cam once I installed the screen I turned my laptop on just to check the screen was plugged in before I connected the web cam just to make sure I had fitted the screen. I then turned it off and then pluged in the web cam then screwed the lid back on. Now my web cam works fine. So if you have done everything and still can’t get it to work then unscrew the lid and at the top by the web cam there is a little plug undo the plug turn on your laptop then turn off the laptop plug in the web cam and turn it back on and look in the device manager to see if you have got it working .It worked for me

The trial versions of other apps like Recuva are as much or more effective. Trial version of this one is highly crippled. Beware of this company: I needed to reinstall the standard edition that I paid for and they wanted to charge $14.95 for an “upgrade”. They even try to charge you $10 to change the email address that is attached to your order/reg key!
