Can only convert one (1) image to pdf, which in my opinion is absolutely useless, unless their are people who only want to convert 1 image to pdf which does not
    make much sense to me!

I wrote an image of my newly installed XP to a second hard drive, then burned that image to a DVD. Tried to restore from the DVD, the program wouldn’t do it, said the file was corrupt. Tried to create the image direct to DVD, the program wouldn’t do it. This happened twice, with two different reasons given. First time it ejected the DVD abd asked for CD, second time it said it was a trial version and wouldn’t proceed. So, tried to create image to a set of CDs. On the third CD, the program quit with errors. There seems to be no way to write only the third CD again, and I already have enough coasters. So, I have no way of knowing whether the image I made can be restored or not. I would have thought that was fairly important information. Oh, and I didn’t try to restore from the second hard drive because I have zero confidence, based on what I’ve seen of the program so far, that this software wouldn’t trash the disk.

If anything, probably the browser toolbar add-on prompts during installation. Don’t just keep blindly clicking “next” during install.

This is basically the worst program I’ve ever used, I recommend checking it out if you want a good laugh. Do you generally consider psychadelic, flashing anime characters to be out of place for an audio repair device? Well, whoever made this program didn’t. How about random, Matrix-esque digit displays that are constantly running even when the program is idle? Yep, it’s got that too. Basically right after installing the software I got terrified that I had installed some sort of virus because the program is *SO* messed up. The progress bars aren’t labeled at all and they don’t walk you through the process, so I stopped the program manually midway through because I got worried it was just going to delete all of my files. Add a bunch of misleading pop-up ads, a super-confusing interface and poor English, and you get a program that should just be removed from Download.com/CNET entirely.

Previous products of the company, like Super or MoneyTime, were much better than this one.

Installing this software substantially increases user risk, though it promises the opposite.
    1. Appears and disappears.
    2. Erasures always complete with errors
    3. When I tried to uninstall/re-install my pc got infected with a virus that WEBROOT detected and removed.
    4. Other problems since installation may have been due to this software. Time will tell now that I have uninstalled it.
    5. CNN needs to revise its criteria for listing and keeping a listing for software such as this.
    6. Software such as this should be held to a much higher standard, just as human officials, e.g., police, judges, etc.
